Our service is an "on site" service, which means that all necessary work is undertaken at the location of the affected Computer systems. This means that the time and expense and inconvenience and risk of damage of transporting an inoperable pc or PCs to the point of repair are avoided.

All of this is included in the price you are quoted. There is no additional "callout charge" "service charges" or any hidden extras.

SteveLee Computers only repair your PC with top quality new replacement components, which are warranted for 1 year from the date of installation/purchase. We retail and install both hardware and software components and computer peripherals, providing a well rounded and balanced "value for money service"

All our services are provided on a "no fix, no fee" basis which means, that if any of our engineers are unable to resolve your PC problem there is no charge to you. This is subject to certain Terms and conditions which will be explained to you before work starts as a matter of procedure.
